Airbox A20. The housing of the Airbox A20 series climate control unit is a frame made of aluminum profile and connecting corners (aluminum or fiberglass-reinforced plastic) with panels 20 mm thick fixed on it. The body panels are made of three-layer sandwich panel type: two sheets of galvanized steel and a layer of thermal insulation between them. For all standard sizes, up to and including 08Q, the inner wall of the housing panels is made of galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 0.75 mm, and the outer wall is 1 mm. For standard sizes from 10Q, the inner wall of the housing is made of galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 1 mm, and the outer wall is 1.25 mm thick. At the request of the customer, the panels can be made of stainless steel (1.4301), aluminum (AlMg3) or coated with powder enamel of the standard RAL 7035 color or the color chosen by the customer. Glass wool is used as thermal insulation. It is an excellent sound and heat insulator and at the same time is not flammable. Due to the two-chamber design of the frame profile and three-layer panels, the formation of condensate on the outside of the operating installation is practically excluded. On request, the units are equipped with support frames with a height of 100 mm (standard) made of galvanized steel, it is possible to order a frame of a different height.

Airbox F40. Climate control units of the F40 series have a frameless design. Due to this design feature, the installations are an excellent alternative to the S40 series in cases where the customer focuses on the cost of equipment. The housing panels are made of galvanized sheet steel (outer and inner layer) and thermal insulation with a thickness of 40 mm. The thickness of the side panels and the roof for all sizes of the F40 series is the same and is 40 mm. The thickness of the bottom panel (floor) varies depending on the size and method of maintenance. So for a flat installation with maintenance from below, the thickness of the floor panel is 40 mm, for all other standard sizes - 60 mm. The inner walls of the installation housing are smooth, i.e. they do not have protruding fasteners or other structural elements.

Airbox S40. For the manufacture of the frame of the S40 series climate control units, a galvanized steel profile and connecting corners made of aluminum casting or fiberglass-reinforced plastic are used. Aluminum connecting corners can have holes with M20 thread for fixing rigging loops. The joints of the frame profile and aluminum corners are laid with an ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM) seal. The body panels are three-layered: the outer and inner layers are made of galvanized sheet steel, the middle one is 40 mm thick thermal insulation. In a standard installation, galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 1 mm is used for the manufacture of internal and external walls of panels.

Airbox S60. Galvanized steel profile is used for the manufacture of the frame of the S60 series climate control units. The connecting elements of the frame (corners) are made of aluminum alloy or fiberglass-reinforced plastic. Aluminum connecting corners can be supplied with a threaded hole M20 for fixing the rigging loop, or without it. The joints of the frame profile and aluminum corners are laid with an ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM) seal. The body panels are three-layered: the outer and inner layers are made of galvanized sheet steel, the middle one is 60 mm thick thermal insulation. In a standard installation, galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 1 mm is used for the manufacture of internal and external walls of panels.

• Airbox S60. Technical specifications.

Airbox T60. T60 series climate control units are a type of S60 series units. For the manufacture of the frame, a steel profile of a special design is used to ensure the absence of cold bridges, and the connecting elements (corners) are made only of fiberglass-reinforced plastic. The joints of the profile of the frame and aluminum connecting elements are laid with a seal made of ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM). The body panels are three-layered: the outer and inner layers are made of galvanized sheet steel, the middle one is 60 mm thick thermal insulation. In a standard installation, galvanized sheet steel with a thickness of 1 mm is used for the manufacture of internal and external walls of panels.
